These terms and conditions apply to the purchasing and shipping of products through www.recyclingbin.com (the "site"). By placing an order or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions.
Pricing and Specifications
All information regarding pricing, products and services is subject to change. Recyclingbin.com reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and products for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, discontinuation, unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements.
Prices listed are net and do not include shipping charges, handling fees, taxes and/or duties or special crating requirements for export shipment. Those customers who claim exemption from taxes or duties are responsible for providing Recyclingbin.com with the necessary documentation at the time of purchase or taxes will be added to their order. Recyclingbin.com strives to maintain prices at the lowest level. Occasionally, prices change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
Products are shipped via Fed Ex Ground direct from our factory. Should your order exceed Fed Ex size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected for delivery. Customers may always phone Customer Service at: 800-910-4757 to obtain shipping quotations for orders that are best served by "Common Carrier". For rush shipments, please request Fed Ex 2nd Day or phone Customer Service for special shipping requests. All shipping charges are prepaid by Recyclingbin.com and added to the customer's invoice. Any additional charges for services requested by the customer, including but not limited to inside delivery, special routing, residential delivery or pre-delivery notification must be paid by the customer.
Please specify if you need inside delivery when placing your order. Fed Ex does not charge for this service.
However, there may be a charge when using a freight carrier. If delivery is determined to be best served by "Common Carrier" please let Customer Service know if you have a loading dock to accept the delivery. If there is no loading dock, you must request "Lift Gate Service" for delivery. Generally, "Common Carriers" add an extra charge for this service.
If a product is damaged during delivery to you via a freight carrier please note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and request an inspection report on the damaged shipment from the carrier to be forwarded to you within 10 business days. If possible, please take a photo of the damaged carton(s). Forward the inspection report, packing list, and photo to Recyclingbin.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. If the freight carrier does not offer you the opportunity to request an inspection report, please refuse the delivery. Either way will replace the damaged item(s).
If a product is damaged during delivery to you via Fed Ex, you must note the extent of the damage and forward this information to Recyclingbin.com. If possible, please take a photo of the damaged carton(s). Please hold on to the damaged cartons so a Fed Ex inspector can be scheduled to verify the damage. We will replace the damaged item(s).
Recyclingbin.com accepts payment via credit card for USA customers only (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express). PayPal, check drawn on a USA bank in advance of shipment, and bank wire transfer are accepted payment methods for all international customers as well as USA customers too. For customers with established Recyclingbin.com credit, established credit terms apply.
